Responsibilities

The Lean Marketplace Manager will lead the rollout of our established LEAN Marketplace system across additional manufacturing lines at the Ruther Glen campus. This leader will ensure consistent adoption, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement to maximize the value of the system.

  • Roll out the LEAN Marketplace across new manufacturing lines.
  • Manage day-to-day marketplace operations including Kanban signals, material flow, and visual management.
  • Solve daily problems and proactively remove barriers impacting production.
  • Lead process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve safety.
  • Train and coach employees to fully utilize the marketplace and lean principles.
  • Track KPIs and report progress on adoption and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in lean manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, or Visual Management.
  • Proven ability to lead change and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
